In 1940, our credit union was organized and chartered by the Pittsburgh Railway employees because they wanted an alternative to the high fees and interest rates charged by banks.  Since that time our name has been changed to P.A.A.C. Transit Division FCU but our goals have remained the same - that is to provide our members with products and services at the lowest possible cost.
